High dropouts in the placebo arm because people figure out they are on it make the dropout in the active arm worse, as it makes it more likely the dropout was because of drug induced side effects or because the drug not working.

That should be true for every trial, right?

The highest dose (120 mg) seem to have the highest discontinuation rates and the 30mg and 60mg doses generate good weight loss. Also discontinuations seemed to happen early in the study. Need to listen to the CC to get a better feel on what comes next, I hope.
