Well since most agree the principles here could have and should have kept this company current with financials, then the speculation on this forum has had a general theme that going the EM route allowed for less manipulation of the stock price and share structure while they negotiate deals.

You have heard of naked shorting right? Some say it is rampant in the otc... IMO, the prime asset(s) here need to partner up and move off the otc. Hopefully they have a strategy they are readying to unveil.
