You said 99% satisfaction rate. I asked for verifiable proof of that, and now you respond with yet another self invented weak claim ("isn't even a spec on the radar") How about this? Just admit the 99% number was made up and has nothing to back it. Try being honest!
We have over 5600 individual customers minimum per month so a few complaints online isn’t even a speck on the radar.
