I think they’ll come to their senses soon. China is not slowing down. It’s getting down to all or nothing. Trump should step in and put an end to this foot dragging and fast track it with billions in contracts. I have a feeling we will see that happen soon. The great “quantum race” We have no other choice but to win it. God help us all if we don’t.
