So instead of working to resolve these issues they chose to voluntarily delist from the Brazil exchange (like many other Brazilian tickers that were fed up). Shortly after they made merger plans with SMX. Thats the issue with bears. You all only look at surface level things. Although valid never tells the full story. Im betting YBYRA/SMX are close to making a deal if they haven't already. Supposed to have closed mid-year but no news yet. So that leads me to believe its probably a go. How that will impact HMBL is anyone's guess but nonetheless they now have a viable product with the CortexPC. Im a patient investor so looking forward to Q3 earnings. Ill hold and accumulate for a few more quarters. GLTA.
