Oh, I think Rubio is worse. Like Vance, he swore he'd never, EVER have a good thing to say about Trump. Vance did the kind of about-face that entailed craven yet utterly insincere praise of Dear Leader. Rubio just looks miserable most of the time. And I think he probably IS miserable. Accepting the job at State will NOT win him the presidency unless Trump, Vance, Johnson, and whoever happens to be president pro tempore of the Senate is kick the bucket all at once. (Just looked it up. President pro tem of the Senate is Grassley. He COULD die at any minute. But I don't see that happening to all the others.)
I wonder if they have to include pronunciation guides for Pam, the way they did for the names of the Russian participants in the meeting. If you're a cabinet officer, is it too much to expect you to be able to pronounce names?
Rhetorical question. Almost no Americans in the government or on TV seem able to manage "Macron", and that's easy.
