3-Phase terminology

I always assumed the opaque terminology of the "Phases" was meant to impress investors. If they started to gain more insight into what was actually going on, I would imagine a lot of the speculative investing might suffer at the hands of more realistic odds-making.

When I'm put in charge, I might re-designate the phases as Faith, Hope and Clarity.

(My first instinct was to go with Larry, Curley and Moe, with Shemp reserved for "required" follow-on studies. I mean, can't you see the promos, with these guys swinging a large DNA strand (substituted for the requisite ladder)back and forth as they sequence mabs, and getting stuck in the wallpaper as they disrupt signaling pathways?).

It would liven up some of the conference calls too, if the execs could get that Curley "woowoowoowoo" sound down.
