wondering how will it be less dilution if price is higher? they technically own 79.9% of shares and not a specific value, so higher the price, treasury rips off more value from these valuable companies. don't be mistaken, every dime treasury raises belongs to these companies , the more they get, the more the companies lose out of their coffer. the warrants should be deemed illegal as they cannot have 79.9% of the companies for 80k, highway robbery! release those 10k docs now. please.
