I'll tell you one major concern I have with electric cars and such.

In a case we are at war, and an opposing country has an emp (electromagnetic pulse) bomb, it knocks out anything reliant on electricity, so then effectively, a nation goes from life to bust.

That is why I believe nuclear energy is the best alternative. Or you can be like myself and others and invest in a pre 1960s car, that doesn't rely on much electronics.

With tensions around the world, does one really think going all electric will work?

Think about California, they have electricity blackouts all the time, they don't have the infrastructure to support the bill they passed for electric cars.

Just my opinion, and my take.
