I know capped calls are important tools for public corporations, but very seldom do I hear of them being used.
Cool that LUNR has chosen to use this instrument to raise cash in a way that has minimal impact on their stock. I know, I can hear the people yelling at me already because of the AH drop in price, but it will recover quickly no doubt.
Grab yourself some nicely discounted shares and hold them tight. I see this as a win for shareholders. LUNR is showing everyone that the public owners of the company deserve to be treated well.
