At least yours has done better than mine. You might want to take photos to a garden store and ask what it needs. It'd be a good idea to so that before the growing season starts. Maybe.

Proper Watering

Citrus trees prefer deep, infrequent watering rather than frequent, shallow watering.

Use a moisture meter or your finger to check the top 2 inches of soil; water when dry.

Water slowly and thoroughly until it drains from the bottom. Avoid letting the soil stay soggy, which can lead to root rot.
