Are we suppose to get ballot through mail? I thought ballot come through email. I had lost key to my mailbox, I haven't been getting mails, I have to go to Post Office and pickup my mail while lock is being replaced, so if ballot comes through the mail then I am not certain if I have received it or not. Haven't checked my mail.
