He might not be far from the truth but for a rich country club guy like he is, I'm sure he has the maid do all his shopping and doesn't even care about the price.

I'd also add that Jumbo eggs are not much larger than a normal Extra Large eggs but you pay a premium for the labeling and be damn sure that he never was paying 9$ a dozen. Even around here, the cheapies never got above 6.
