I think there are many things to be concerned with in regard to YBCN, but the change in accountants isn't one of them in my opinion. I see that happen all the time. Especially if there is a mgmt. change. I would like to imagine a good reason for the change. In my preferred universe, it's because they operate the way the Chinese Mafia or our President of the USA operates. If our President doesn't like economic data, he fires whoever published it and blames Obama. If it's the Chinese mafia, they surely operate similarly and may say something like, "do you understand how to audit phantom earnings?" And if the answer is no, they say you're fired! And find somebody that does!
But that's just my best case scenario since nobody but the mafia understands stock promotion it seems. What it does say to me for sure, however, is that they are spending money and actually talking. I'd say work, but they take so many vacations in China that I don't know if what they do actually qualifies as work. But there is activity, at least. And purpose behind this shell. What that purpose is, remains a mystery. So far, it seems to be to talk to their groups about going public. And then sell it to somebody else so that they can do more of the same. Rinse and repeat!
Meanwhile, they keep incurring fines by having to report. So, that's good. I just pray that one day they get sick of paying fines and decide to make money. Which is why I keep hoping for smart criminals to take over. Preferably the Chinese Mafia. Work fast, smart, and promote stock, and actually make money! A novel concept! And actually do what you say you are going to do. Seems like even the mafia understands brand power! That words should mean something.
