as it should---a season's worth of points rewarding the best performers while giving those outside a shot to move up into the coveted top 30 to vie for the ultimate prize (Bhatia, Rose as examples)---while punishing those who don't perform and fall out of the top 30...once the herd is culled, the top 30 have an equal chance
