I mean, they are a lender in the NYSE NASDAQ and OTC space. You'd have to stay clear of all lenders. They all do crazy shit. They get discounted shares all the time and mostly win in everything they touch.

It just makes no sense for them to buy a bunch of .001 shares over the span of a year, to just dump them open market for an 80% loss, unless it was to themselves, driving down the prices, to get filled on the bid...which is borderline illegal if malicious intent is proven. But they could have someone else scooping up shares, not under a Leonite/Avi umbrella. Alot of moving parts.

Maybe they are selling for capital, maybe they are selling the shell and getting clear, maybe the offering ISNT over, they still have to file a 1-Z within 30days after closing the offering.
So if we dont see that on 8/16 or 8/17... the offering has been open the entire time and they have just been accumulating more .001 shares.
They have unlimited money, they can afford to do funky stuff to gain the biggest edges, while trotting the line.
You can report them to the SEC if you believe such manipulations are happening here.
Lots to digest. Definitely not a fun position, but things can change in the blink of an eye in the OTC.
