For all intents and purposes BOTH GROUPS are somewhat joined at the hip..
Also YEARS ago there was a gripe about escrow talk here and I-HUB was asked to set up separate boards for COOP and ESCROWS and they denied our request !
Saying basically if I remember, both have to do with each other and there is no warranted reason to have separate boards.

SO we just have to live with it.

The only ones it should really bother are those that did NOT ELECT to participate or any that came after 3-19-2012, other than that, ALL that do not fall in those categories have escrows and should for all intents be interested in them as well... JUST IN CASE
