Seen too many of these types. All of the formalities and legalities are just smoke and mirrors.

BTW. The dollar value we are dealing with here is peanuts.

Far more $$ to be made on the dishonest end vs the amount lent.

Who really knows what party’s lending anyway.

Could be one pocket to the other.

These types may be successful for the retail shareholder one out of a hundred.
