I don't think there is any conspiracy or desire for an entity to grab more shares before another nothing burger quarterly gets filed.

MMs will attempt their routine on any ticker without volume, literally nothing unique going on here.

Melvin obviously should be able to finally figure out how to file on time, but I don't have the same hunch (based on nothing) that you do about it.
