Brito has never explicitly named the OTCQX (or OTCQB) tier in public statements to date. Instead, he uses more general terms like:

“future uplisting to a major national exchange”

“improved market exposure and investor access”

“meeting stricter governance and disclosure standards”

OTCQX Is a Logical Short-Term Step
PCAOB audit ? A requirement for OTCQX and for uplisting anywhere meaningful. He’s making that a public priority.

Debt cleanup ? OTCQX requires better financial standing and clean reporting; Brito is actively talking about restructuring convertible debt.

Transparency & “real metrics” ? OTCQX has higher disclosure expectations than Pink Sheet status, so this language aligns with preparing for that level.

Realistic path ? Jumping straight from Pink to NASDAQ/NYSE is rare for a microcap without first hitting OTCQX or OTCQB. OTCQX would be the logical interim stage before any “major exchange” attempt.

It's profoundly illogical how you consistently* go sour on any executive, loooong before giving them a chance to prove themself.
