At this point, I think there is a holding company (MAGA) and two individual business units (FNMA FMCC) that will be listed and operate independently.


The merge of F2 is just to use the same infrastructure such as the IT platform, credit rating systems, compliance issues, and regulatory issues for cost reduction purposes.
