You might want to go back and read my posts, many that have supported VPLM. NO, but you have to always attack when you don’t agree with another’s posts. Like you’re some appointed spokesmen with the company. That’s funny even to say that.
You call and text your friends to attack me and give you thumbs ups. It’s hilarious. That speaks for its self. Nothing you say is going to change the outcome of any court decisions and possible settlements. As much as you want to project that it does. Just because I’m realistic that the timeline isn’t imminent. And you certainly don’t want it to be, more than I. Trust me on that one.
You’re one angry person and you feel you have to argue with everyone that doesn’t agree with you. Get over yourself, you’re not that important. Why are you so concerned with what someone of naysayers feel about VPLM. Do you actually believe any of these so called clicks, are going to listen to them on making a decision on investing in VPLM? Get real.
As I’ve stated before, the only information that’s going to affect the PPS, are the court filings, aka judges decisions and press releases. Which if not posted here, will be on the company’s website and or from their email list. PERIOD.
Why don’t you finally post something with some substance, instead of what you’re hearing with all the excitement going around. It’s the same nonsense that doesn’t affect the PPS one bit. I’ve been hearing it from others for years. If it’s not this month, it’ll be in two months. No, no, by April, then it was June and so on. As I’ve stated before, people hear what they want to hear and it’s beyond pathetic.
No one knows when the judge will make his decisions, not even anyone within the company. It could weeks, months and possibly a year. It all depends on the judges schedule, if he wants a hearing and the complexity of the case. Saying or believing it’s going the happen real soon, isn’t going to change his decision on bit. Saying otherwise isn’t being negative, it’s being realistic. I’d imagine if the judge denies motion to dismiss, then the PPS should greatly increase. Which is what we all want.
Then what do you think, the following Tuesday they’re going to sit down and iron out a few billion dollar settlement? Get freaking real. And if you or others feel that’s negative, then that’s a you problem, not a me problem.
