Not sure who plans on holding this as a long term investment. Micro caps IMO are to be traded only.

You are right IMO that holding through a RS and long term is extremely risky.

I am just looking at this as a trade opportunity. I would think most in this today will be out before this reverse splits - if they get the votes.

I would think they would. That restricted offering went to an alliance. It closed the same day the "shareholders on record" will get a vote.

Basically they bought the vote for 7M. But I would think they too would want to make something off that 7M. Even if they sold some highs they maybe got 8s for shares. Chump change.

Time will tell! 75M cap all year. 150M cap as of 3 weeks ago. Today - less than 14M cap.

Lots of upside even considering the recent dilution(s).
