Mr Cooper Group Inc fka COOP

Right now Varun Krishna is the CEO of Rocket Companies and Rocket Mortgage. Jay Bray is doing a good job as CEO of Mr Cooper Group (COOP). After the acquisition, with COOP being absorbed into Rocket Mortgage, with Jay doing such a good job why would they (RKT) not want him to continue doing a good job as Rocket Mortgage's new CEO?
