Hello!
I would like to clarify the value of NOLS in the event of a WMB bankruptcy.
This assumes that the WMIH(COOP)/RKT merger goes ahead.
The new merger will generate large profits and create a huge financial sector in the near future. Large profits = maximum taxes.
However, if WMIH(COOP) increases to 51.01% of the shares, the situation will be identical to that before the bankruptcy, as dictated by the law. In this case, the new merger will only be reflected as RKT.
Some members here have suggested buying the whole WMI ship after the merger, and this seems to make good sense!
Earnings through NOLLS could still increase from 15 to 30 billion dollars, which is not a small amount.
Have you noticed that the current price of the Coop is perpetually bouncing off the top?
Greetings to all, especially the former WMIH shareholders.
Time is money
