Yesterday and today - SEC case settled

How's about that tho eh ?......4 or 5 minutes left in yesterdays' trading day ?.....
I come in from doing yardwork and go "Holy smokes man, look at this......This ithing's in imminent breakout mode !
Looks like I'd better get re-entering it, at just slightly less than where I sold it last week !"......
Then suddenly just minutes after buying (after the closing bell) ?....... We began to hear talk of a settlement.
BUT.......
And now this is what it's done just whilst composing ?......
