Try anything?

1. Go to a weed (pot) store and buy a small thing of pain killer rub containing real cannabis, not hemp. Strong possibility to lower itch or pain.

2. Get a bottle of sore throat spray, whatever flavor floats your boat. It contains a novacaine type drug. Weak possibility to help.
or
3. Get a lidocaiane based numbing spray. Many types but get the one with highest percentage. Strong possibility to just plain numb the shit out of surface skin.

4. Pour a shot of any whiskey, drink it. Pour another half shot of same, and use it for dabbing on the rash. No need to repeat the first part.
