 Have been listening to CC and much of it is unfamiliar stuff to my knowledge base, but I have to say when they are mentioning restraining onboarding in the past quarter and  that in the coming qtrs that will be unleashed and open up to ROW gives me the confidence that I will not be selling this. 
Starting Oct they will be opening the platform and not remain referral based.  Can't control what the market thinks of the business over the short term but their business is and will be growing without too many hiccups.
