Mark looked lost shuffling through papers or notes or something while Maria was walking him through a softball interview. She had to cut him off from thanking everyone like it was an Oscars award speech and said something to the effect of "We understand everyone involved. I want to know more about the mine ..."

At that point Mark seemed lost trying to find the right thing to say from his notes. He's been in the job for 12 or so years. How does he need notes to talk about the mine?

The rest of the interview it seemed like he was trying to catch up with the script that they'd planned and he seemed lost. Maria didn't even pronounce niobium correctly.

The only real "news" that I got out of it was Mark said the updated FS should be released in 4Q. So that means sometime in 2026 because they never hit timelines. So another 6-9 month delay.

She then asked if there were plans for a second mine? We haven't even gotten construction started on this one. Mark's brilliant response was that the ore body was big enough that he didn't think there would be a need to "move" the mine? What in the name of all that is holy is he talking about? Move the mine?

I was highly disappointed in a missed opportunity by a poor showing by Mark.
