So here’s my reaction to market behavior lately: Wow!
So I need to say something that will ruffle some peoples feathers, but I think at this point I don’t really care. Investors have become diluted by their own ways of thinking. Instead of thinking about money, they think about the politics first then they invest opposite of what their brain is telling them. Okay, not getting political, but you didn’t have this when the walking corpse was president, but now we have what many consider the “orange man” and they hate him so much that they aren’t using their brains when they pick stocks.
On the $GIBO thread I had wrote something in the effect, people are too interested in following instant gratification, that they aren’t investing or trading the trends. There’s 3 trends dominating the world right now: AI, technology, and defense. The moment you look back and you see what is going on, you might see that the trend you should’ve been trading, has passed on to a new trend(s).
China is not investible, one example I will give is they act exactly like $SMCI did a year or 2 ago when they were inflating their numbers. Most Chinese companies will do that to unsuspecting American investors, because they know that Americans cannot physically go to China to ask questions to those CEOs, so they put out these over-inflated pr’s and er’s, and because it’s on paper, the investors have to just go with it.
Sometimes, wherever the stock company is located, you need to deep dive into what really is going on, cross all the I’s and T’s. Also, some companies, especially here on the OTC, are just ideas that they are trying to form a company around. There is a drastic difference between an idea model, and a fundamental scalable model. The idea model is in the brain, and needs funds to promote and scale the idea which in turn is only one product. Then you have the fundamental scalable’s that are basically ideas that lead to other ideas that lead to more ideas, which then takes one product and evolves it to other products, which now gives you diversity under one umbrella. You have to know a one trick pony is predictable and more than likely won’t wow for too long. In other words, look at the sector, look at the product they are pushing, figure out if it will be sustainable and if it’s scalable, and then see the competition in that given space. If the company is a 1 of 1, you found a 💎, if the company is a 1 of 10-20, you found a crystal, if the company is a 1 of 100 or more, then look for one that’s doing better, and then decide whether or not you want to invest.
But please for the love of God, you traders need to wake up, and invest/trade the trends, real money is made with trends not with 1 of 1 million type companies all doing the same thing all with the same outcome: over-saturation.
Thank you for reading and happy investing/trading!
