Participants in the last two public offerings had the option to take shares or prepaid warrants. In the first one there was a little over 1 million prepaid warrants and the rest were shares. I don't have any info on the 2nd

The class B shares are from the SPAC merger. As of the last 10q, there were still several million not yet converted and therefore not part of the share count. They can be converted at any time at no cost.
