Take what ya held in escrows calculate both Rv's and it gives ya the number and with that number then what ever it takes to get the share count back to 100 mill shares which was the original count and I'd say that is aprox 37 mill shares.
SO I guess that would be about 37% of what you originally held would be given back to get us back to a 51% ownership of the company
