Now several of us here on this board have said for yrs that. WE DO NOT BELIEVE THE NSM merger was ever completed (GUESS WHAT WE WERE RIGHT), and even the merger agreement with RKT states that very issue "COOP has things to complete with the RKT merger with RKT"""" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Several of us have also stated MANY TIMES that, the CORPORATE SHARE STRUCTURE needs to be brought back to 51% ownership as it previously was..
Now there is ONLY one way to do that and that is for COOP ti issue and additional 37 mill shares, and this has been being said by us for well over 5 yrs to secure additional NOLS as well as truly REORG the company to its original share structure, and NO this is NOT ANY NEW REVELATION that just happened in the last yr.

Now as to what it means as to what REALLY happens here I have no idea, but someone hit me up and ask does that mean we get 1 COOP for every one ESCROW share held ! To me no way now how or COOP would be at 1.2bill shares again and that imho is not gonna ever happen....... What MAY happen is what happened before MAYBE just MAYBE, you get what you had BUT it goes through the same RV's we went through before and that is what might happen.
