This is not an order.  It is a 'material request.'  Think "a swatch of fabric" that we give to them for free, so they can evaluate it to see if it is any good.  KBLB might even send them a bolt of fabric.  A 40-yard bolt of 22 mm weight silk weighs about 10 kilos.  The purpose of a material request is to allow the company to decide if they want to buy the silk.
What we know: a European fashion house is interested enough in KBLB's silk to ask for a free sample.
Big whup.
