Buy companies that have strong revenue, strong profit and good management. 3 things about PACB: 1. Revenue is not growing, they are far behind stated goals and getting worse 2. The company is losing $100 million per quarter (that is terrible for a company with revenue that is less than $300 million per quarter. that is even worse for a company whose revenue is less than $30 million per quarter) 3. They are rapidly diluting existing shareholders. Number of shares went from 272 million, to 273 million, to 283 million to 297 million during the past 4 quarters and getting worse. Beware.
