Once again, GTCH is not a subsidiary, it is a shareholder. There are no "nuances" in that. Other than that stock holding, the other assets listed in their last quarterly were $734 in cash and $7,146 of "marketable securities." That's it. They listed over $10M in liabilites, so were it not for that holding, they'd be way upside down.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
