not guiessing I know how lenders act friendship has no bearing it is
just the money. If you have much experience in negotations you know
cash talks and BS walks. Lenders do not give up a possition to take
on a lessr one. They may agree if they can do a straight acroos the baord exchange
but all factorss must be in gear. Why reduce your cash flow the name of the gane is to
increase cash flow.
