i dont know to be honest; probably at least 100; but for me it is less about percentages up and more about confidence about continuing to go up and outcome;
in that regards, i'm 100% confident junior preferred continue to go up; i've written exhaustively about commons; the handling of the spspa in the restructuring kind of drives that bus;
pointing to preferred being capped when i'm going to make over 100% still is kind of ridiculous.
