And usually take two a day. I confess I have no idea if that's an appropriate dose, but it's what it says on the bottle.

Read the reviews. They're interesting. Several say not to bother with Neuriva, the product that's being advertised heavily on TV. As you might guess, it's much more expensive, an it seems the active ingredient is "ALA", which of course is alpha lipoic acid.
