Big boys and girl money managers won't put much if any new money in anything if there is a risk of 95% dilution unless that is factored into the equation... which is why F and F are trading at this level today. Remove the risk of excess government swiping (the risk of 95% dilution) and they'd be trading at $200+ a share potentially.

In all things in the US, even with a "supreme court" and the courts... we as individuals and companies are at the risk and discretion of the government... because at anytime if "they" want to they can swoop in and either kill you, take all your money, take all your possessions, or .generally make your life... He77. Its the tight rope we as individuals walk every day... now, certainly our (bar... or balance beam) is a little wider than Russian folks; but make no mistake.. if you give them an axe to grind... they' can grind it.

My binary hope here has always been that at the end of the day... some amount of the right thing will occur. I recently took 10% off the table to "free ride the rest"; wish i'd been attuned to trading these some through the last near 20 years... but I am still in and still believe f and f offer what without would be difficult to obtain... home ownership for the average person.

This has been a long time in the making - is going to make for some real interesting college study if the story is told right.
