Thank you for the laundry list. That was a big part of my point, why so complicated? Not to mention how one would have comfort on how those charges and add backs play out over time. It (earnings) looked odd to me so was easy to move on from.

All IMO.

I don't mind stealing bread from the mouths of decadence... But I can't feed on the powerless when my cup's already overfilled.
