It would work out like this to get paid in shares for that $1
@ .0001 note holder gets 10,000 shares
@ .0002 note holder gets 5,000 shares
@ $1 note holder gets 1 share

* $1 note owed was just used as an example

Now if you were a note holder each time you got paid in shares you know you can sell them shares to get more shares for the next batch of notes you convert. Each time acquiring shares and selling some.

Imagine being one of the note holders that ended up with a billion shares. Imagine miraculously this thing ran over $1 a share after all the note holders decided to hold their shares.

Most people dream of a million $ and here if them note holders could stop what they are doing and let this run whoever is holding a billion shares could become a billionaire
