In the picture below...100 units....Looks small dont it?......It is small...fits in your pocket like a ink pen. But you would be suprised what all you can fit in this little thing...Your house...Your car...All of your money and possesions. Thats pretty wild...right? But theres even more room...Your friends will fit in there too. Along with your kids...your husband…your wife...Your hopes and dreams...It will all fit in there and yep...there is even more room in this little gadget. Your hope...your happiness...your self esteem...your health...your sanity....Gone with a push of the plunger. There is a price to pay and its not cheap...and...Give it enough time...and it will cost you your very life.
So let me ask you a question this morning. Are you already walking...maybe crawling...down this road of addiction? Maybe you have just started putting the needle in your arm...maybe...your arms both look so bad that you are wearing long sleaves even on these hot humid days. Maybe you have been getting high by snorting or smoking stuff and you are just starting to think about shooting up...you know...the high is so much better...get the full bang for your buck. Either way let me tell you what you already know. When this demon gets its claws in you...it is relentless...it demands everything...and in time...you will have no choice but to give him everything...maybe even your very life! And along with this demon of addiction...there is another problem...the devil and his demons and they are well trained...their job...to seek and destroy...period. They could care less the pain and suffering you are or will endure. So wherever you are in your getting high...getting wasted life...hear me. If you continue...you think life is bad now...look out...i can guarantee you it is going to get worse and eventually...it is going to take your very life. What can i do you may ask. I can promise you this...there is Hope and His name is Jesus. You might say...come on man...it cant be that simple...and guess what....im being real here...it is not that simple. But if you will ask Jesus into your life and heart...ask Him to forgive you of your sins and be filled with the Holy Spirit...Born-again...give your life to Jesus. He will guide and direct your every step in getting the help you need to get off all this stuff...and yes...it can be a long road...but not only will God open doors and show you the way. Jesus will walk with you every step of the way and give you the strength and peace you need and He will put the right people in your path to help you and encourage you and suddenly one day you will be one of those that will shout....1 year...10 years...clean and sobor...Thank You Jesus! Im not blowing smoke here...ive been there done that....i was high for 25 years and i am now 29 years with zero drugs no booze...Thank You Jesus!
