Thanks, Guido2. I think NWS documents will be released very soon, so as to show how BO Administration stole(?) the GSE money. The victims including some teachers's funds will be very angry. If the money had been funnelled to some illegal entities, someone will need to pay for it. I still remember the saying that NWS was implemented to help the GSEs to avoid death spiral. What a shame for people doing that.
