Can a few people fact check me??

Total OTC-traded securities ~?12,000
Qualified for OTCID by July 1, 2025 1,237
Non-qualifiers (downgraded) ~?10,800

If the number of stocks that most of us can buy dropped down from 12,000 to 1,237 this would mean the 1,237 companies listed on the OTCID would eventually gain interest from buyers as the try to sell out of the stocks that didn’t make it to the OTCID

This is my thought and i have talked to others that were thinking the same thing.
