What benefit is it to have done the split prior to a symbol change?
It seems to me that having it done before gives the company the actual share price and share structure that they want new investors to see when the symbol change happens. So you could say that doing it before is smarter. I don't think doing it after really is a good thing. Doing it after leaves the company sitting for a while with the old share structure and share price which may not be attractive, agree?
