Tony nor Apple Rush Corp (APRU) is mentioned as a Defendant in the lawsuit, but Tony filed the Answers pro se.
I'm not sure he can represent an LLC even if he's the managing member. It may be a practicing attorney has to do that.
An individual can represent themselves, but not a business, at least according to some things I've read, so we'll see. A hearing is schedule for 9/10 I believe.
Regardless, this is part of the Answers Tony filed. He admitted he allowed Brugg to harass, and shit talk him and the companies on social media but wants but $40MM for damages.
I think it's just a stunt to try and intimidate Brugg.
