Definitely not a new concept I think it's interesting though that you are kindly omitting the other possibilities as well... if you aren't nervous as a shareholder watching hardly any interest in this companies shares in this pivotal moment + it stepping down multiple days in a row now props to you, but there is certainly odd trading patterns and a lack of interest going on here... I have never seen it trade like this when we are right on the cusp of this kind of news... hopefully we start seeing some interest in the low 11's/ high 10's...
