100 percent correct. Nobody is keeping the price down but KIM himself. Market Makers like you said make
their money from the difference between the bid and the ask. There is no incentive to keep the pps low just
the opposite. Market Nakers I’m sure don’t give a damn about a stock that barely trades. Just excuses for
the stagnant pps
