You could equally play devils advocate on this as well, just saying... this is a tipping point for the company in my opinion... just look at the past submittals, you can clearly see a major difference in volume, trading pattern, and hype around the stock from other investors... this could turn out to be a giant or get absolutely crushed, time will tell..
